Brief Answer:
Could be renal stone

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Brownish colored urine with back pain, the most probable cause is Kidney stone. As the infection is already ruled out, get a Ultrasound done to rule out stone.
In the meanwhile, drink lot of water.
Thanks & take care
