Brief Answer:
What is the blood pressure this morning? is this the lone spike ever?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I will like to know if your husband has ever had a similar spike in the past. Also, what is his blood pressure this morning? This will help me determine whether he needs to return to his regular dose or needs his medications adjusted.

There is nothing wrong with taking paroxetine and metoprolol at the same time as there are no major drug interactions between them.

I hope to hear back from you before concluding on the medication change and blood pressure variations.
