Question : Hi I have temperature o 101.1 and I been waking up in cold sweat. Been sleeping and drinking water anytime else I can do
Brief Answer:
Advil in alternation with acetaminophen
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, if Advil doesn't seem to help then you should use Advil in alternation with acetaminophen every 4 hours. this means that you use Advil then after 4 hours you use acetaminophen then after another 4 hours you use Advil again and so on.
you need some cold compresses on your neck and under arms to help reduce the temperature. cold compresses can be replaced by a shower. if fever continues then you should add an antibiotic as amoxicillin 1 Gm every 12 hours. I hope I answered your question. if you don't have any other clarifications then please close the discussion.
