Question : I am very chilled but don't believe I have a fever. My body aches especially in my lower back.
Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection most probably
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns.
Please note that chillis often indicate the presence of an infection and since your lower back hurts the most then I would recommend that you get a urine analysis as it could be due to a urinary tract infection.
In the meanwhile, you should take an analgesic-antipyretic as Tylenol tablets 650mg every 8 hours (instead of Aleve). Drink plenty of water to remain well hydrated.
I hope I answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
