Cellulitis. Continue with antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have also gone through the images.

From your description and lab results it does seem like cellulitis/ soft tissue infection.
I suggest you to continue with oral antibiotics as mentioned for a week.

Regards
