Question : I have a three year old with a temp of 100.21 F.

I am so sorry to hear about this. Is your soon having any other symptoms like cough, running stomach, persistent cries, running nostrils, etc? If yes, kindly report to me.

For now, fever management should go with physical measures such as wiping the baby with a wet towel, dress him lightly and turn on the fan. Above all, try to increase his fluid intake by providing regular water sips. Finally, try giving tylenol again after 30-60mins.
