Brief Answer:
Looks like prolonged viral illness or typhoid fever

Detailed Answer:
Hi... Thank you for consulting on health care magic.

I have just gone through the history you have provided and also the reports and prescriptions.

I have few questions for you - please get back to me with answers -

1. How is the activity of the kid when the fever touches normal?

2. How is the kid's appetite?

3. Is there any loose motions?

4. Is there any cough or cold or respiratory distress?

5. Has any blood culture been done?

6. In the second prescription where lab tests have been asked - the medicines are not visible. Has the child been prescribed any antibiotics?

7. Is anybody else in the family suffering from fever?

By the images you have uploaded - My opinion is -

1. It is not urinary tract infection.
2. This doesn't look like typhoid - but the problem is that Widal test is done in slide method which is inferior and no blood culture has been done.
3. The basic blood test is suggestive of either a prolonged viral illness or a typhoid fever, but this is not conclusive.
4. Better do a blood culture before starting antibiotics and also a Widal test in tube method.

Please get back to me with answers so that I can guide you better.

Regards - Dr. Sumanth
