Brief Answer:
yes take her to doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX, welcome to HCM and thanks for choosing us.

Yes, you need to take her to a doctor. Because
1 your daughter has high grade fever
2 at this levels of temprature, she can develop seizures (fits) any time
3 if there is infection in throat it may affect her breathing very soon , as children have narrow airways
4 fever is coming again and again

Fever in a child can be due to several causes like tonsillitis, pneumonia, viral related, abdominal infections, eruption of tooth. Pneumonia is a serious infection in a child, so examination by a doctor is very important.

So please take her to doctor urgently. She would require clinical examination, blood work up, chest x ray if lungs involved. She will require a course of antibiotics for a week. Take care of her nutrition too.

I hope my reply will help you. Please write to HCM or me for follow up queries. Kindly provide a feedback on this reply. I wish rapid recovery for your daughter.
