Question : My mother is highly diabetic and just an hour ago she could able to speak and her left hand almost couldnt feel anything. Her blood pressure was 108 and 75 glucose. She is have bitter mouth and very weak to move. Her age is 54 years

Dear Sir, hi! what ever has happened can be due to low blood sugars or very high sugars. Please urgently check her sugars and let me know. if <80 mg/dl , please give her 30 ml of fruit juice, or 5 gm sugar in water.
what medicines is she on? what are her recent investigations? please let me know all.
if she is having normal sugars, she will need MRI / CT brain . kindly do the needful.
