A total hip replacement may be an option
Detailed Answer:
hi thanks for your question.
I am a little surprised that you had the treatment that you describe at your age and with the MRI findings that your describe.
do you have any X-rays of your hip you could share with me, so I can give you a more accurate opinion.
best wishes

Thanks for responding. Yes I have the cd showing the MRI and also a recent xray
I had done on the same disc. I could mail them to you, or maybe e-mail them if I can figure out how to do it.
I am trying everything I can to avoid a hip replacemnet. But it may be my only alternative. Please advise. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Please post xray
Detailed Answer:
you can send me your X-ray here on the site.
it would be useful to see it.
I suspect a hip replacement is your only option however at your age it is an excellent one for arthritis in the hip joint.
best wishes
