Question : I have left hip pain as a result of swinging the golf club. Feels like a bruise. How do I treat? XXXX

I have studied your case. Pain can be treated with medication and physiotherapy.But before I advised you any thing I would like to know little detail of the illness.
1. Since when this pain is present ?
2. can you tell me exact site of pain, is it on outer side or back or front of hip?
3. is this pain present on rest or only with activities?
