Question : My husband developed hives yesterday on his lower trunk and thighs and they are worse today. He took a bath in epsom salt and we put a cortisone cream on them. What else can we do he's not sleeping due to the itching?

I have gone through your complaints and for hives antihistaminics are the most effective drugs available.
I will recommend you to give him tablet cetrizine 10 mg twice daily.
This will relieve his itching.
