Brief Answer:
Antihistamines required

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to be developing urticarial skin response .
Since the hives are increasing inspite of steroid shot ,it is important to find the exact cause of such an allergy .
Hives can occur due to intake of some medicines like pain killers or antibiotics or due to some body illness or after intake of some foodstuffs causing allergy .
Since the lesions are increasing ,regular intake of oral antihistamines is needed .
Either Benadryl in the adult dosage or levocetrizine daily for atleast three to five days .
If the lesions increase inspite of antihistamines intake ,a regular short term course of oral steroids might be required .
So you will have to see your local doctor for that .
