Question : My skin started breaking out 3 days and it's not stopping. It has hives and rashes. It's mainly occurring on my hands. i have taken benadryl and it's not helping me at all. And i have not had anything to eat that might have started this

I have reviewed the attached photographs and can appreciate the hives.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to change the antihistaminic and take tablet Cetrizine 10 mg twice daily.
Besides this avoid foods containing artificial colours and preservatives.
