Question: Hoarse voice...bad cold n cough since last one month...initial 10 days wheezing..git cured with nebulizer...currently in anti allergy lcz montair 4mg ....firgot the anti allergy diae today n she came back n vomited after her afternoon n eve meal..slept n got up n vomited out conplete meal...has hard n stuffed breathing...tonsils are heightened..showing the dr every monday for last 4 weeks...no fever....pls suggest any antibiotic that can cure her effectively...

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
These are symptoms of Acute Bronchitis with Laryngitis. This is Allergic. Antibiotics won't help.
In such scenario I advise my patients to take Budenoside and Salbutamol rotahaler for 5-7 days along with LCZ Mont that she is taking.
Steam inhalation and warm saline gargles help a lot.
Bronchodilator cough syrups like Aerodil, Grinlinctus-BM further helps.
Prevention from dust and smoke is very important.
Even if it persists, get Chest Xray and Pulmonary Function tests.
