Brief Answer:
Curd rice

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

1.I recommend that you take curd rice once in the morning and once at night as a home remedy for gastroenteritis. Curd contains lactobacillus which replenishes all the good bacteria of the intestines.
2. To replenish the electrolytes, mix a pinch of salt and a spoon of sugar into 1 litre of clean water. Mix it with lime. Drink this preparation sip by sip over 2-3 hours to stop vomiting. This also helps recover the lost electrolytes

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
