Suggest Treatment For Homosexuality Towards Elders

I am writing this question because it is not my fault ,and i have been struggling to get out of homoseuality feelings towards old people ,i need something urgent whatever it is to be cured fom this abnormal feeling .
I have never had any sexual contact with someone except when i was at school i was raped twice by teacher .and i am completely male with normal penis and testes
Please help me if you can and what advice should follow as i am getting married next year and i have just engaged and i am from muslim community so this homosexuality is totally forbidden and hugely shameful for humen reputation
What the treatment is ,i will try to get it and i just want to get my penis erecrted when i contact my future wife and i do not mind if i do not get much pleasure just to live with my wife happy life and i need here to live sexually satified with me

I have never had any sexual contact ,and these feelings started mainly when i was 13 or 14 years old .to be honest with you i usually look at male genitalia especially elderly and i hate looking at those who are the same age as me or younger or a little bit older,but strong desire to those who are 45-50years .sometimes i relieve these feeling by looking at old XXXXXXX videos or doing masturbation but shortly afterwards i regret.regarding opposite sex ,i am used to looking at videos sex online in order to fix this complex problem and i looking and masturbate as well .i went twice to have a sex contact with prostitute ,the first i did not get erection at all and i was overly stressed ,in the second time i got half erection but when i entered into the vagina it was fully erected and enjoyed to be honest.

Thanks for the required information. Now I am in a better position to understand your query. You have two different problems, and you are definitely not homosexual. You can be very sure about that.
You have a paraphilia with sexual arousal by some atypical objects like in your case its the genitals of old age people. Secondly you have an OCD to continuously think about these old people genitalia and the compulsion to masturbate to relieve the anxiety and thereafter the guilt steps is. Given a chance you would like to stop these thoughts and activities.This is classic of OCD.
For OCD fluoxetine , an SSRI antidepressant, is a very nice drug. IO generally start my patients on 20mg and then gradually increase to 60mg. The other options are clomipramine and fluvoxamine.
Along with the medicines, there is an option of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). This therapy is taken by either a psychologist or a psychiatrist in which the therapist identifies impaired cognitions (Thoughts) and try to correct them. They are 15-20 min weekly session and there should be around 8-10 sessions to help you with your illness.
Paraphilia may settle down after getting treated for OCD but if it persists, less chances, then this will require further psychodynamic psychotherapy.
