Brief Answer:
Better to remove fibroid

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for your query.

I have read you query and I understand your concerns about heavy and continuous bleeding.

Following is my reply:

1) The basic problem for bleeding does not seem to be hormonal imbalance but fibroid.

2) Fibroid in uterus is known to cause such heavy bleeding.

3) I suggest you undergo hysterolaparoscopy to get fibroid removed so that bleeding is controlled and you are ready for pregnancy at a later stage whenever you wish. Because fibroid causes problem in getting pregnant.

I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.

Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya

Brief Answer:
Fibroid removal is best

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Fibroids which are symptomatic like causing bleeding in you are difficult to operate and hence require surgical removal to improve symptoms and reduce bleeding.

Duphaston will not help you in the long run as this problem will recur if you stop it.

Fibroid removal is best option.

Brief Answer:
Fibroid needs to be removed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Duphaston can be taken each cycle till you wish. Fibroid needs to be removed in a separate surgery and not during delivery.

Pain during intercourse is possibly due to fibroid. Removing fibroid by laparoscopy is best remedy.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
