Brief Answer:
Check the TSH level.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I read your concerns carefully and first of all, would recommend to check the TSH level since you are on synthroid and an over dosage can cause all these symptoms.

If you have had a complication after the surgery and being treated with antibiotics for a long period than you should check the temperature and a full blood count + C-Reactive protein is needed.

It will be a pleasure to help you further. Do let me know if there's any further queries.
Kind Regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
