Suggest Treatment For Hot Flashes And Pain In Body

Hormonal imbalance, PMS
Detailed Answer:
Hi ma'am,
As I can understand that, your complaints are of
1) hot flushes
2) vague general body ache
3) apprehension of having cancer
Considering your age, hot flushes are commonly seen due to hormonal changes that occur during periods. So if your complaints are occurring around your periods it's pretty much a normal thing to experience.
An associated general bodyache and bad mood, suggest a condition of premenstrual syndrome , in which one has a flowing complaints
irritable mood, disturbed sleep, general body ache, etc around the periods.
Therefore it's imp to low of these symptoms are present during your periods or not.
Nextly an underlying endocrinological problem could present with similar problems, for which I suggest for Thyroid function Test, Gonadal hormonal assay( FSH, estrogen).
kindly followup with the test and more information if any.
