Question : Yes I have just been taken off premarin .625 for the past 30 years and now I am having hot flashes. What can I do? I am 76 years old. Hysterectomy at age 38. Having big trouble getting any sleep longer than 2 hours

Lack of sleep can be attributed to the deficiency of estrogen in blood due to withdrawal of premarin. The alpha-Linolenic acid supplements will help.

You can ask for the same in nearby pharmacies or you can buy online too. This does not need a doctor prescription and is an OTC.

You can place cut cucumber slices over the closed eyes for two hours two times a day to reduce the swelling and ease the stress in the same.
