Question : Hi I have been on duromine for 8 days and still feel very hungry, how long will it take for these tablets to work? I'm on 30 mg

I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
It may take little more time for drug to be fully active.
Also do not expect this drug to cause absolute loss of appetite.
If both pritiq and duromine are taken together , they may affect the clinical efficacy of each other.
In your case I will advice you to wait for another week or so, if not improved see your doctor for the same.
At the same time get your blood sugar and thyroid function tested.
