Brief Answer:
You are suffering from Gastritis post surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXXXXX
Did you undergo surgery for Gall bladder removal?
If yes, then after this surgery such things can happen.
It takes time for the body to get used to. I usually advice my patients to take Tab PAntoprazole or Cap Omeprazole twice daily before meals along with Tab Domperidone 10mg thrice daily for 2 to 3 months.
The fact that your SGPT and SGOT have normalised means that your problem is almost sorted out.
Do not worry.
Headache is also probably due to the increased gastric acid secretion for which I have already told you the medicines.
Gonorrhea problem in testis is something not related to this. Please elaborate about that if you need treatment for that.
Take care and wish you a world of good health.
