iam suffering with skin disease on my butt with black patches .consulted doctor and was told that one kind of tatto(over pigmented) and needs laser treatment only.Also my innerthighs are very very black .suggest me with wat skin problem iam suffering with and suggest me the medices to get rid of the skin problems

I could appreciate the hyperpigmented areas. I would like to know the following details :
1 ) for how long the pigmentation is there?
2) is the pigmented area itchy or asymptomatic ?
3) any history of lesions prior to the pigmentation?
4) any history of application of some medication over the pigmented lesions before or after?
5) any history of weight gain?

the pigmentaioon is over two years on the butt and the darkness on the inner thighs is over 10 years

As per details, this type of pigmentation without any symptoms can be due to
Acanthosis nigricans or may be idopathic without any known obvious reason.
You may continue to apply triglow cream over buttocks daily and inner thigh on alternate day basis in night time only.
Dont use loofa while taking bath.
else you may go for pyruvic peel. It has quite good effect on hyperpigmentation.
You may discuss this with your treating doctor. I am sure he will agree with my opinion.
Stay healthy.
