Brief Answer:
Monitor your BP regularly

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

You possibly seem to have mild fluctuations in blood pressure.

This can be a common accompanied factor with resistance exercises.

But with underlying AR, it is very important to monitor the BP to prevent any excessive load on your heart.

In case if the blood pressure is persistently high and above 150/90 on 3 or more occasions over a 2week period, then it is important to consider anti hypertension medicines.

Semiannual check up with 2D echo is warranted to monitor progress of AR.

Thank you
