Hypertension reported.
Brief Answer:
dialysis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
Three times a week hemodialysis and 4 hours each time is the recommended weekly dosing for all dialysis patients.
Most kidney patients will have hypertension and will require more than 2 tablets of blood pressure medication. The most common drugs are amlodipine, clonidine and metoprolol. One has to increase the dose if the blood pressure is not under control.
