Question : hello, I have hypogonotropic hypogonasim and I triggered on the 6th of Dec. I had 5 follicles 11-16 in size and estrogen at 1374 with timed intercourse, husband's SA came back perfect! my question is what are the chances that I'll have a positive this month, when is the earliest I can test.

                                    Brief Answer:
You can test serum HCG on 20th.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
If there were 5 good size follicles and you ovulated successfully then the chances of conception are 18-20%. All your findings are normal and chances of conception are there. You can test your serum HCG levels after 20th or wait for a urine test till 25th to know about conception.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

The symptoms are similar. The symptoms you have can be due to medicines also. Only the pregnancy test can confirm about pregnancy. You can take sleepy time tea.

so, since I ovulated on the 6th I would start counting from the 8th to track how many days it's been?

                                    Brief Answer:
Start counting from 8th.
Detailed Answer:
You were triggered on 6th and ovulated on 8th. The serum HCG levels show a rise 10 days after ovulation and in urine it is detectable after 15 days.
