Brief Answer:
Yes the diastolic pressure is very low

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
Sorry to hear about your fall.By the description that you have given I would put three things in the forefront one is due to severe hypotension which is more or less documented. The second is an absent.seizure which may require further evaluation in terms of EEG and CT of the brain .
I would also like to know if you had lost consciousness after your fall.
The third possibility is a cardiac arrhythmia which is an irregular heart beat which could be picked up by holter monitoring
I would suggest you to hold your Co-diovan till you see your cardiologist and get your blood pressure checked daily.
Hope this helps
Best wishes

Hello Dr. Hallema. Thank you for your reply. To answer your queries. I had a EEG and CT of head which i bumped on my first fall. I did not lose consciousness on either fall.
There was no dizziness prior to either fall. Just my legs seem to collapse and down i went. Do you mean me to stop the Co Diovan until i see my Cardiologist.? Should i increase my Asprin.? Unfortunatly i cannot see my GP or Cardiologist until Tuesday because on New Year Holidays. Kind Regards and may I wish you a Happy New Year
