Will answer all the queries one by one.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
I have read all your queries carefully and would be answered by me.
1)As your thyroid hormone levels are low (hypothyroidism), your diet should be rich in iodine like sea foods, salt water fishes etc. Use only iodized salt.
You should avoid the foods which can hamper the synthesis of thyroid hormone in your gland are (called as goiterogens) brassicaceae members like cabbage and cauliflower, cassava, spinach, mustard, soya, sweet potato etc.
I would also suggest you to take calcium supplements, either alternate day or alternate months to prevent drug induced bone weakness. Exercising and losing weight (if you are obese) with taking meals in small proportions will definitely keep you healthy.
Continue taking Thyronorm 50 microgm as per your physician’s follow-up and check your thyroid profile in every 3 to 4 monthly.
2) For piles, avoid spicy and oily foods, take hot sitz bath and if piles are still troublesome then apply anovate ointment over anus after every bowel movement.
3)For low blood pressure:
if stil this problem occurs then you should take plenty of fluids with added salt to prevent from hypotension.
4) For stomach problems:
If you do regular exercises and still having abdominal bloating or distension then u should start some medication like proton pump inhibitors, avoid excess carbohydrates and fatty foods, avoid oily and spicy foods.
If still your problems persists then u should go to gastroenterologist to treat underlying cause.
5)For easy tiredness and dry skin with thin hair:
Your problem can be due to poor nutrition, Iron deficiency anemia, hypothyroidism or low vitamin D also .
You can go for complete haemogram level , thyroid profile (as suggested earlier) and vitamin D level tests to rule out this.
Taking supplements for iron, vitamin D3 will be helpful for such conditions also. You can also take vitamin supplements to prevent hair thinning like biotin , B complex, folic acid.
6) For unwanted hair over nipples and below navel, you can apply gentle hair removing cream but avoid use of razor.
Hope this detailed answer will be helpful,
Regards,

As you mentioned the details in the 5 th point, could you suggest me the names of the vitamin tabs that I can look for?
M not obese, n don't eat lot of carbohydrate food, or oily or spicy food. Just boiled sprouts which is moong n urad, that's all. But along with that I eat one chapati, potato sabji, bread butter jam or upma frequently and sometimes one egg. Would there b any other reason for gastric issues? Could you also suggest the list of things that I can have and that I cannot have apart from what you mentioned above. Do I need to avoid milk and milk products, also wheat, peanuts, avocado etc.
I do remove the hair with hair removal cream, however I would want to know why it comes, as I've not seen on girls including my mom n sister.
see below explanation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow up.
You can take orofer-XT 100 mg tablets as an iron supplement, vitamin B complex, tab.Folvite 5 mg,Vitamin D sachets(up rise D3) 50,000 IU once a weekly with water, biotin multivitamin tablets which all drugs are available over the counter.
There could be many reasons for your gastric issues apart from diet like excess stomach acid or Helicobacter pylori infection or food allergy or stress or drug induced otherwise the diet you are taking right now is absolutely fine.
I have already mentioned about which diet to be taken in hypothyroid state in my previous answer otherwise you do not need to stop milk or its products or wheat or peanuts.
Hair comes from the hair follicles lying into the dermis layer of skin which depends on the genetic or hereditary factors that some people may have unwanted hair at some places where the others would not have.
If you are not comfortable with hair removing cream then you can consult dermatologist who can advice you to undergo LASER hair removal.

Vitamin B complex -
tab.Folvite 5 mg -
Vitamin D sachets(up rise D3) 50,000 IU once a weekly with water (this you already mentioned)
Biotin multivitamin tablets -
Thank you so much for clearing all my doubts. One last request, could you fill the prescription next to the ttablet you suggested. You Can mention the prescription next to the tab as above. For example: once a week, once in a day before breakfast or after breakfast, or before bed etc. You have already mentioned about Vitamin D sachets. Just the rest is left. I am taking the vitamin tablet called A-Z. Shall I continue having it, along with the vitamin tabs you mentioned above, or its ok to stop having A-Z?
Continue with vitamin A to Z
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
You can continue with vitamin A to Z there is no isuue with that but there should not be any duplication of the component means you can check for the dosage of iron, folic acid and biotin
in the capsule A to Z and set your requirement accordingly.
We here are not suppose to prescribe medical prescription on this HCM platform.
However, in your case you can take all the vitamin tablets including iron once in a day like all other multivitamin tablets and also all this drugs are available over the counter. So you can ask all this drugs to nearby pharmacy.
In case of any doubt, you should see some local doctor or your family physician who will give further information regarding all drugs.
Continue with your thyroid medications and the rest of issues I have already answered.
Wish you a good health.
