Question : hi doctor i am f(28yrs) i suffer from hypothyroidism for past 12 years. after my pregnancy i started getting irregular periods again hence doctors gave me dornis30 tablets to regularize my periods 3months back i started getting a sever pain towards left side of my stomach after the scan we found that i was suffering from PCOD were doctor had treated me with drips . Now again i started getting sever pain towards left side of my stomach and now i get the pain on my left side even when I urinate and also getting pack pain.. please advice

Hello dear thanks for trusting health care magic
I understand your anxiety about the issue but in my opinion you need ultrasound of whole abdomen especially to rule out kidney stones.
PCOD will not cause such a pain so better not worry about that.
Also drink a lot of water and avoid spicy food and avoid excess of tea and coffee.
Get the ultrasound and then we can discuss further
