Brief Answer:
Treatment soon

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Let me know the exact TSH Values. Because severity depends upon the levels.

Please consult a pediatric endocrinologist if hypothyroidism is confirmed in babies as treatment needs to be initiated immediately to ensure normal mental and physical development.

Brief Answer:
High

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Mother's TSH is high and needs to be treated.

Both babies TSH especially 2nd is higher.

Please repeat the Thyroid profile in another standard laboratory.

If its still high, see a pediatric endocrinologist to check which tye of hypothyroidism is this and whether treatment is required. An ultrasound of thyroid might be adviced by the endocrinologist based on need.
