Question : I am 22 year female.the recent tests carried out in respect of thyroid is as follows.
TSH 15.91 UiUml
T3 1.94 nmol
T4 136.2 nmol/L
Microsomal Antibody: >1300 u/ml
what are the indications , what treatments should be carried out

Your reports are suggestive of Hypothyroidism which means under functioning of thyroid hormone
you need thyroid hormone supplementation therapy.
Since it is a chronic disease and you require close monitoring and follow up so, in my opinion you should consult an endocrinologist for prescription of thyroid hormone drug (thyroxine) and further course of action.
