I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your present report is concerned you have high TSH and that is 13.57 and your current dose is 100 mcg per day, so I request you to increase 25 mcg per day in alternate days like if you take 100 mcg on today, on tomorrow take (100+25) mcg and next day take 100 mcg and repeats like this and at 3 month intervals check only TSH only.
