Question : Hi.my son is 20 months old and has impantigo just found out today he has sores few days and wasn't going away so I went to go but tonight he has a very strong fishy odor off his urine I am applying cream to the sorea is this enough or should I bring him back to doctor is is getting more serious thanks for replying m
