Non-cardiac pain / have physical xamination
Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic
Your symptoms do not suggest heart problem / Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) – pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on. Also, heart disease is rather uncommon in women, especially during the fertile period….
Pain on touching means local cause – from the muscle, cartilage… like Costochondritis
Relation to breathing suggests lung or its covering, but is not light as you describe
Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis
And that demands examination / probably a few investigations too
GET EXAMINED
The treating doctor alone could conclude better based on total clinical picture…
In the meantime, rest, hot packs, Over The Counter (OTC) Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug (NSAID) like Ibuprofen can help
Your weight is rather low... what is your height?
Good luck
God bless you
