Suggest Treatment For Indigestion And Diarrhea

Hope you are doing good.
This is XXXX here and iam 31 years old and i am having indiestion, gastric and loose motion, since yeaterday pls hlp

Hello XXXX
You seem to have acute gastroenteritis,
I would suggest you take plenty of fluids and electral powder with water as it will help replace salt and water loss. If you were in my office, I would reccomend tablet Pantoprazole once a day as it will help with indigestion. Most loose motion episodes settle down within 48 hours.

Do you Have abdominal pain, Fever or blood in stools?

If the answer is yes to any of the three then you will need antibiotics and need to consult a doctor, if you answered no the you should not need an antibiotic as of now.
