Question : Ive been anorexic for over 12 years,purging type last 4.im in recovery but i do get so much digestion problems,bloating,constipation,feeling full all the time,feeling fatique and dizzy all the time,headaches and cold symptoms every morning... Im worrying i may become intolerant to any food?I was thinking to go to Gp but not sure if i should...i do feel sick most of the time after i eat,and when i purge is just because the food just comes up...something is not wright but i dont know what,I do eat mainly baby food now to easy the symptoms a bit..but im 33 and want to have a normal life.

I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
You may be suffering from deficiencies as you have been not eating properly.So you need to be investigated.
You need to get following investigations done initially,
1.complete blood count
2. ESR
3.Liver function test.
4.Thyroid function test.
5.Urine RM
6.Stool RM
After getting them done , please post the reports, then only I will be able to give you some useful advice.
Or even better if you see a GP as clinical examination in such cases play an important role.
He can add or delete some investigations after clinical examination.
Mean while drink lot of fluids, like water , and fruit juices.
Take pantoprazole and domperidon empty stomach.
