Question : My 14 yr old is having an upset stomach in the morning and in the evening. Could this be due to blood sugar levels?

Although high blood sugar levels over 500mg/dl are known to cause stomach pain, diarrhoea and vomiting, the other common things have to be thought first.
Is your kid, diabetic Type 1?
If not, do not you think of food poisoning?
When was the last time he had eaten food, where and what?
Is he vomiting, loose stools and complaining of headache?
