Question : its been about a two weeks now, i noticed a small cut look lika a paper cut on my index finger, didnt think of much, as a day or two passed my cut looked like something bit me like in circle, as a started to wear a bandage it started getting bigger in size and started developing into a blister like cut oozing yellow green fluid as days has passed my blister keeps on getting bigger in size dont know what to do

This is obviously bacterial infection and probably an abscess and you should visit doctor that will do incision and drain this content out. Also antibiotics may be required. you should apply sterile gauze on it and avoid manipulation around the wound.
