Infected eczema and its management
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the newly attached pictures as well.
Your condition seems to be better than before but it is looking like an infected eczema.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take a course of oral antibiotic like tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 7 days along with short course of oral steroids like tablet prednisone 20 mg once daily for 10 days and then tapering it off.
Besides this I would recommend you to apply topical steroid and antibiotic combination like betamethasone and fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
