Looks like an infected hair follicule.

Detailed Answer:
HI and thank so much for these images.

I have reviewed all of them(3). This seems to be nothing more than a superficial swelling/infection of a hair follicule or just irritation of soft tissue. To me, there is no need for specific treatment at this time. Cleansing regularly with an antiseptic such as iodine is enough. Healing should be spontaneous within a week. Also, this irritation might have been provoked by the lubricant you use for masturbation. Check this and make sure it is being used as exactly directed.
