Brief Answer:
Removal of plate

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Your husbands titanium plate in his head needs to be removed immediately as it has got infected.
As now he is cancer free with the removal of his left eye and part of his head the plate can now be removed otherwise it may cause recurrent infection and it may not heal even with antibiotics.

Hope i have answered your query.

Regards
DR De
