Infected Foot ulcer still needs to be evaluated to know extent and depth of the ulcer.

I advise you to get Complete blood picture, Bacterial culture and sensitivity and X ray foot AP & Lateral view.

You need to start Tab.Cefixim 200 twice daily for 10 days and daily dressings is mandate. Apply beta dine and mupirocin ointment.

Note: These drugs should be taken under strict medical prescription of your doctor.

Practice foot hygiene, Apply moisturizing creams to the dry areas of foot
Wear MCR foot wear or soft cushioned foot wear even at home.

Drink 3-4 liters of water daily to maintain adequate hydration.
