Question : My father have removed a lymph node on his head and now is two week and he got infection after operation, What is the best medicine to have this heal right??

Hi,

The picture that is attached with this query is not very clear. Based on what I see, I don't find significant signs of infection. But if the wound is weaping discharge it might be infected. In such cases I would start a broad spectrum antibiotic such as cefuroxime after taking a swab for culture and sensitivity.

Besides antibiotic therapy, I would order for regular cleaning and dressing say once in two days. If he has no history of diabetes or low immune state the wound should heal.
