i had called my doc yesterdat and asked nurse to call me somethint he did he called me in ciprofloxacin 500mg 28 tablets so what happens if i take this and dont work

Yes, indeed , it is quite bad.
BUt it is folliculitis, and not herpes or anything more sinister.
The answer is indeed laser treatment.
Nothing else seems to be working.
How frequently do you have outbreaks ?
DO you use a community swimming pool ?
Can you summarize the antibiotics that have been used so far ?
Laser therapy seems to be the only way forward.

im just so scared i pray everyday that this will just go away it just looks so bad happeb if the laser dont work what do you recommend i use home remedy to help it if there is anything at all its so depressing all of this

When so many antibiotics have failed, home remedies are least likely to work.
You can try applying some turmeric paste of in, turmeric is an antiseptic.
But laser will definitely work.
It attacks the hair follicles, which is the root of all this problem.
