Suggest Treatment For Infection Around Glans Penis

Question: Itcy scotum and thick white deposit around the glans under foreskin after unprotected sex. weight 220 5'9'' and 52....i know not in good shape. regular washing all clean but back inside two days, thrush remedy doesn't shift it!

Not itchy now.

Itchy with in one to two days of sex, no burning or discharge, no ulers or erosions
discharge some weeks later.

Hi.

It could be because of candidal balanitis

I would suggest an oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150 mg, single dose.

Topically you could use clotrimazole+steroid combination lotion or cream e.g clotrimazole + beclomethasone lotion, twice daily for 7 days.

I did'nt get what do you mean by 'discharge some weeks later'?Kindly elaborate. Discharge from where?

clean that area with just lukewarm water. Avoid soaps etc

Follow the treatment I suggested:
