Question : Hi my 4 week old son has a burn looking blister on his index finger its popped and the skin is now starting to peel I have no idea how it got there or what I should!
Any advice would be greatl

According to attached picture you have an infection around the nail. It needs to be incised in a local anesthesia and pus drained. Antibiotic seems necessary as well.
