Brief Answer:
Kindly upload an Image

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have noted down your concern.

This could be either lesions of candidal intertrigo (with satellite pustules) Or irritant contact dermatitis Or diaper dermatitis Or bacterial folliculitis.
All these conditions are quite common in such cases associated with bed wetting and as a result skin may be prone to irritation/ maceration/ infections.
These conditions may require a different treatment depending on the diagnosis.
Therefore, I request you to kindly upload an Image so that I am able to guide you better.
You may upload an Image either at "Reports Section" Or You may mail me at YYYY@YYYY with the subject line as Attn:Dr. Kakkar.

Also let me know do you use diapers for her at night or during the day?

Regards

Brief Answer:
Lichen nitidus; Topical steroid cream or topical tacrolimus ointment

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you.

I have reviewed the Images.
I can see small, pin-head sized, grouped, discrete, skin colored to hypopigmanted raised bumps. These lesions seem like those of Lichen Nitidus. It can be a little itchy.
This is not related to bed wetting.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest a topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
Alternatively a topical tacrolimus ointment 0.1%, twice daily (to be rubbed in), would also be effective.
These are prescription medications and I suggest that you use them under supervision of a dermatologist inn your vicinity.

Regards
