Well I saw the picture uploaded by you. Its called Pyoderma. It is infection of the hair follicles of the skin.

Cosvate Gm is a combination of Antibiotics ( Gentamicin ) and Steroid ( Clobetasol ) which is used in skin infections ( including Pyoderma )

Prugo 10 contains Hydroxyzine which acts as anti allergy medicine , reducing the itching sensation.

Gocan is anti fungal medicine. In my opinion I don't think there is any need for Anti fungal medicine. But you need to take oral Antibiotics for a better recovery. Kindly discuss this with your doctor.
