Urgent surgical drainage of pus

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
This is paronychia which is the swelling and infection of nail bed and has formed a lot of pus beneath it so it needs surgical drainage at the earliest.
Don't rake it lightly ad it can damage the nail bed permanently and even cause gangrene of the thumb which will eventually need amputation.
So visit a surgeon at the earliest.
Till then take some good pain killer lje diclofenac along with serratiopeptidase combination three times a day and dip it in hot water 3-4 times a day.

I visited gp they gave fluclolaxin which contains pencillin four times a day for seven days. Is that ok to take.
